Employment Information

Benefits:

  • Medical Insurance – The Company offers medical coverage for eligible employees and eligible dependents after 30 days of employment. The Company pays 50% of the basic employee medical premium. The employee is responsible for 100% of dependent coverage premiums and any premium differences based on higher costing plan selection.
  • Dental and Vision Insurance – The Company offers dental and vision coverage for eligible employees and their families after 30 days of employment. These benefits are paid for by the Company, subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements.

Training:

Weekly training for all employees who are interested which covers current issues in the field and the listed endorsements employees are working on. Bi-weekly training for the Apprenticeship Program.

Apprenticeship Program:

  • Our Apprenticeship Program is a structured, hands-on training path designed to develop skilled millwrights from the ground up. Over a three-year progression, apprentices gain real-world field experience while building technical knowledge through guided training and certification milestones.
  • Each level – Apprentice I, II, and III – focuses on advancing core competencies, safety standards, and trade-specific skills. As apprentices progress, they unlock new endorsements, increase their earning potential, and move closer to achieving Journeyman status.
  • This program is built for individuals who are motivated to learn, willing to put in the work, and committed to building a long-term career in the trades. It provides a clear roadmap for growth, with opportunities to specialize in areas such as welding, rigging, equipment operation, and leadership roles.
